Many people differ on what they find is funny. And the divide grows even wider when people debate on what is and what is not a funny prank. Well, in China it appears they have a very unique idea on when it is appropriate to actually pull the prank.
Ask us here at Inked and we would suggest that the ideal location to pull a prank IS NOT while sitting in the tattoo chair getting some serious ink in a very conspicuous place. That may be a very Western attitude since this young Chinese woman pulls an insane prank while doing just that…while getting tattooed.
