This weekend, from July 14th through the 16th, Inked Magazine is hosting the 2017 New York Empire State Tattoo Expo at the New York Hilton Midtown. Once a year, the best artists in the world gather at the NY Empire State Tattoo Expo and this year, the artists in attendance are bigger and badder than ever. From color realism masters to traditional ink slingers—there's an artist for everyone at this convention.
