There are plenty of bad tattooers out there, however, we've definitely found one that takes the cake for worst tattooer of all time. "Aspiring artist" Brandy Hope Gaddy was arrested by Coweta County police after tattooing, not one, but three minors at a Superbowl Party. And while Gaddy initially denied inking children that night, she eventually fessed up after a video was uncovered of her tattooing at least three minors. That's right, this wannabe tattooer didn't just mess up once, she's now guilty of three counts of malicious wounding and felony child abuse.
