When an 18-year-old from Kentucky was gifted money for Christmas this year, it was given to him by his money with the intent of being used toward a tattoo. However, this was not the case for the Lexington native. He instead used the money to purchase an AR-15, as well as 500 rounds of ammunition. He was recently arrested after a tip was filed that he planned to use the weapon in a school shooting and to kill himself with.
