67-year-old man from India has changed his name to Guinness, in honor of the Guinness Book of World Records, and has tattooed his whole body with 220 flags and a world map, for the cause.
Guinness Rishi has six tattoos of countries – Canada, Union Jack, India, USA, Cyprus and the Indian Congress Party, on his face. He also has “Ripley’s Believe It or Not” permanently stamped on his forehead. This has taken Guinness Rishi three years, and about £12,500, but Guinness believes that he will complete his challenge to become in the famous record book, in two years.
