Dealing with a bad tattoo is quite a chore. You have three choices; suffer with the tattoo for the rest of your life, get some painful laser removal or go visit an artist like Tim Pangburn and end up with an awesome coverup. Pangburn makes some amazingly creative tattoos—we especially enjoy the new school animals—out of bad situations. He also does impressive tattoos on fresh skin that will never need to be covered up.
