Wait, you didn’t know that Wyoming was a hotbed for sexy girls with tattoos? Don’t feel bad, neither did we. Then we came across today’s Inked Girl of the Day, Rhiannon Harrigan. When Rhiannon returns to her hometown of Casper she is sure to turn heads with her good looks and great tattoos. All of Rhiannon’s ink is divided into different themed sections; one leg is dedicated to her Irish/Celtic heritage, the other leg for horror tattoos and remembrances, an arm for Bio-mech and an arm for nature tattoos.
