Teen Mom OG cast member Maci Bookout McKinney has always been open about growing her already impressive collection of ink and just last week, the mom of three finished up an intricate full-sleeve tattoo on her right arm, complete with a compass, book pages, hot air balloon and sunset scene, all done in a vibrant, watercolor-style design. The 26-year-old has yet to officially debut her new sleeve on social media, but lucky for us, her tattoo artist did it for her.
