Adam Curlykale, 32 year-old man from Kaliningrad, Russia who got started in his obsession with getting tattooed after being diagnosed with cancer now has entire body inked black. Well, if you want to be exact it’s more like 90% coverage.  However, included in that 90% are his eyeballs, which he also has filled with black ink. Read on. Things get way more EXTREME!

After being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing treatment, where he ultimately beat the disease, Adam’s immune system was compromised and that’s when he developed a type of albinism. (The term albinism typically refers to oculocutaneous (ok-u-low-ku-TAY-nee-us) albinism (OCA) — a group of inherited disorders where there is little or no production of the pigment melanin. The type and amount of melanin your body produces determines the color of your skin, hair and eyes. Melanin also plays a role in the development of optic nerves, so people with albinism have vision problems.) So under that black ink is the ultra-white skin of a person with albinism

Adam became very depressed over his skin condition and that’s when he decided to begin getting tattooed – initially to cover the patches of his skin that were most discolored. However, that admiration soon turned to a passion. My favorite color for example has always been grey, in different tones, and that's why my current skin color is graphite."

He said: "I design my tattoos because it's my body. I have a specific vision for myself and I do it step by step. Life is so short that I stopped wondering what will happen tomorrow. Life is here and now."

When Adam hit the 90% coverage mark, he decided to have his genitals removed after they 'interfered with the aesthetic enjoyment' of his blackened physique. Unable to find a surgeon or a hospital that would accommodate his surgical wishes, Adam traveled to Jardines Hospital in Guadalajara in Mexico to have the operation to remove his nipples and private parts.

Adam said: "I always knew that I was different from the rest of society. I design my tattoos because it's my body. I have a specific vision for myself and I do it step by step. Life is so short that I stopped wondering what will happen tomorrow. Life is here and now."

In regard to the 10% of un- tattooed skin, Adam says he is still planning on what to get. A safe bet would be more black!
